Artículo 1219. PRENDA PARA CONSTITUIR GARANTÍA DE OBLIGACIONES FUTURAS . La prenda de que trata este Capítulo podrá también constituirse para garantizar obligaciones futuras hasta por una cuantía y por un plazo claramente determinados en el contrato.
