Artículo 481. NEGACIÓN DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA A OTORGAR PERMISO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO A SOCIEDADES EXTRANJERAS. La Superintendencia podrá negar el permiso cuando la sociedad no satisfaga las condiciones económicas, financieras o jurídicas expresamente señaladas en la ley colombiana.
