Artículo 549. OTORGAMIENTO DEL TÍTULO DE PATENTE - PROCEDIMIENTO EN CASO CONTRARIO . Si no hubiere observaciones de terceros y el informe preliminar fuere totalmente favorable, se otorgará el título de la patente.
En cualquier otro caso se procederá así:
Si el informe definitivo fuere totalmente favorable se otorgará el título de la patente; si fuere parcialmente favorable, podrá otorgarse el título incluyendo solamente las reinvindicaciones aceptadas; si fuere totalmente desfavorable o el solicitante no aceptare limitar las reinvindicaciones, se negará la conseción en providencia motivada.
