Art. 2578. También se deberá otorgar en todos casos ante el Notario el testamento cerrado o secreto, i el nuncupativo ordinario cuando en el lugar del otorgamiento de este último testamento hubiere Notario espedito.Vigente desde: 26/05/1873 y hasta el: 19/06/1970
