ARTICULO 49. DEL SANEAMIENTO DE LOS VICIOS DE PROCEDIMIENTO O DE FORMA. Ante la ocurrencia de vicios que no constituyan causales de nulidad y cuando las necesidades del servicio lo exijan o las reglas de la buena administración lo aconsejen, el jefe o representante legal de la entidad, en acto motivado, podrá sanear el correspondiente vicio.
